BIM Architect

We are looking for qualified Architects with strong BIM expertise to support our upcoming Architectural & landscape projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the landscape and architecture teams to develop BIM-based design models.
• Prepare accurate Revit models and detailed construction drawings.
• Collaborate on multidisciplinary projects, coordinating with MEP, structural, and landscape consultants.
• Ensure compliance with BIM standards and project workflows.

Requirements:

• Education:

  Bachelors degree in architecture (B.Arch.) – Mandatory, M. Arch. – Preferrable.

• Software Skills:

• Mandatory: Revit and AutoCAD
• Preferred: Navisworks Manage

• Experience:

  3 to 15 years of professional experience in architectural & Landscape projects including residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
• Strong understanding of BIM processes and multidisciplinary coordination.

Preferred Attributes:

• Exposure to landscape design or willingness to adapt architectural skills to landscape projects.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills.
