BIM Architect

Job Description

We are looking for qualified Architects with strong BIM expertise to support our upcoming Architectural & landscape projects. Key Responsibilities: Work closely with the landscape and architecture teams to develop BIM-based design models. Prepare accurate Revit models and detailed construction drawings. Collaborate on multidisciplinary projects, coordinating with MEP, structural, and landscape consultants. Ensure compliance with BIM standards and project workflows. Requirements: Education: Bachelors degree in architecture (B.Arch.) – Mandatory, M. Arch. – Preferrable. Software Skills: Mandatory: Revit and AutoCAD Preferred: Navisworks Manage Experience: 3 to 15 years of professional experience in architectural & Landscape projects including residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. Strong understanding of BIM processes and multidisciplinary coordination. Preferred Attributes: Exposure to landscape design or willingness to adapt architectural skills to landscape projects. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills.
