Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Navi Mumbai for a BIM Architect. The BIM Architect will be responsible for developing and managing Building Information Models (BIM), creating architectural drawings, and construction drawings. The role involves coordinating and submitting project submittals, as well as collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure efficient project execution.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in disciplines of Architecture and Architectural Drawings
• Experience in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Construction Drawings
• Ability to handle Project Submittals
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Experience in the construction industry is a plus
