Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a BIM Architect, based in Navi Mumbai. The BIM Architect will manage and execute tasks such as creating and reviewing architectural and construction drawings, developing and coordinating Building Information Modeling (BIM) models, and preparing project submittals. Additionally, the architect will work closely with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure seamless collaboration and adherence to project timelines.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Drawings
• Strong skills in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and 3D model coordination
• Expertise in creating and interpreting Construction Drawings
• Experience with preparing and reviewing Submittals
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams effectively
• Proficiency with CAD and BIM software; familiarity with Revit is a plus
• Solid understanding of local and international construction standards
• Relevant degree in Architecture or a related field
• Prior experience in projects within the AEC industry is advantageous
