Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a BIM Architect, based in Gurugram. The BIM Architect will be responsible for creating, managing, and implementing Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes. Key duties include developing architectural and construction drawings, coordinating submittals, and collaborating with the design team to ensure project requirements are met.

Qualifications

Expertise in Architecture and creating Architectural Drawings
Proficient in Building Information Modeling (BIM)
Strong skills in preparing Construction Drawings and managing Submittals
Attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Architecture
Familiarity with airport or large-scale projects is a plus
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to meet project deadlines
