Job Description

1) BIM Engineer (Plumbing) Role & responsibilities Manage BIM processes for plumbing systems on projects. Coordinate with the design and construction teams to ensure the integration of plumbing systems within the overall BIM model. Review and validate plumbing system designs, ensuring compliance with building codes and project requirements. Assist in the preparation of quantity change orders and provide technical solutions as needed. Preferred candidate profile Qualification : B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from a reputable university. Experience : 3-4 years of strong experience in BIM engineering, with a focus on plumbing systems. Technical Skills : Proficient in BIM tools and software, including: Essential : Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, Bluebeam, Office Suite Preferred : Civil 3D, Dynamo, Sherlock Experience with US Projects : Solid experience working on US-based projects in the BIM industry. Underground Utilities Modeling : Preferred experience in modeling underground utilities. Drawing Review : Strong ability to review plumbing system drawings and manage quantity change orders effectively. 2) BIM Engineer (Mechanical) Key Responsibilities: Oversee BIM implementation for mechanical systems in projects. Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to integrate mechanical systems into the BIM environment. Review mechanical system drawings and designs to ensure accuracy and adherence to project specifications. Support the creation and management of quantity change orders. Required Qualifications and Skills: Qualification : B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from a reputable university. Experience : 3-4 years of hands-on experience as a BIM Engineer, specializing in mechanical systems.
