Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Proficient in Revit and BIM applications; capable of creating plans, sections, elevations, sheets, and schedules.
Familiar with family creation (nested, system, adaptive).
Hands-on experience with view templates, documentation, annotation tagging, dimensions, and keynotes.
Skilled in working with central files and worksets.
Experienced in sheet creation, view editing, and material scheduling (quantity take-off).
Knowledge of linking/importing Revit and CAD files.
Able to work under pressure and collaborate with the team.
Understand construction sequences and modeling activities.
Experience in architectural modeling and documentation; interior fit-out background is a plus.
Willingness to work in both 2D and 3D platforms; relocation to project sites if required.
Support project execution teams and technical managers; responsibilities may vary.
