We specialize in comprehensive solar EPC projects, rooftop installations, and customized solar power solutions for industrial, commercial, and residential clients. Position Overview-We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to strengthen our solar sales and client relationship network. The ideal candidate will identify business opportunities, engage potential clients, and play a key role in achieving company growth targets in the renewable energy sector. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team in one of the fastest-growing industries. Key Responsibilities Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in the solar energy sector. Generate leads and convert them into successful business deals. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and presentations to potential clients. Collaborate with technical, operations, and finance teams for proposal preparation and project execution. Conduct regular market research to track industry trends and competitor activities. Participate in promotional activities, exhibitions, and networking events. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as defined by the management. Desired Skills & Competencies :Strong understanding of solar products, EPC projects, or renewable energy markets (preferred). Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Self-driven with a strong sense of accountability and goal orientation. Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams. Positive attitude and eagerness to grow within the renewable energy domain. Eligibility Criteria Education: Any graduate or postgraduate (Engineering / Commerce / Management / HR / Marketing streams preferred). Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in business development or sales; experience in solar sales or renewable energy is highly preferred.
