Position Overview: We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to lead our sales initiatives and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of the exhibition and events industry , excellent client relationship management skills, and the ability to build and mentor a sales team. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and achieving organizational sales targets. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve sales goals. * Identify potential clients and generate leads through networking, research, and market analysis. * Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, marketing agencies, and event organizers. * Conduct meetings and presentations to pitch company services and customized exhibition solutions. * Collaborate with design, project management, and production teams to deliver client proposals and quotations. * Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring profitability and client satisfaction. * Manage and mentor a small team of business development executives or sales coordinators. * Attend **industry exhibitions, trade shows, and conferences** to promote company offerings and identify new opportunities. * Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments. * Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and business plans for senior management.
