Job Summary:

We are seeking a **dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive** to drive sales growth and expand our client base in the exhibition and event industry. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for client relations, and an understanding of exhibition stall fabrication or event marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

* Identify and develop new business opportunities in the exhibition, event, and brand activation sectors.

* Generate leads through research, networking, cold calling, and industry databases.

* Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients, marketing teams, and event organizers.

* Understand client requirements and coordinate with design and production teams to deliver proposals and quotations.

* Negotiate and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

* Attend trade fairs, industry events, and client meetings to represent the company.

* Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to management.

* Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies.

Requirements:

* Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

* Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage client relationships.

* Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

* Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and basic project coordination.
