Our goal is to empower businesses of all sizes to launch and scale digital platforms efficiently through our ready-made yet customizable solutions. Role Overview: We are seeking a Business Development Executive who can take ownership of the end-to-end sales process across all our SaaS products. This role is ideal for a high-energy, self-motivated individual who understands SaaS products and can communicate their value to a wide range of business clients. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Outreach Identify and research potential customers via online platforms, networking, referrals, and inbound queries. Build and maintain a qualified sales pipeline for each of the three verticals (eCommerce, eLearning, FoodApp). Product Presentation & Consultation Conduct product demos tailored to each client's business needs. Understand client pain points and match them with the right ZeroPaise SaaS solution. Provide pricing and plan consultations, handle objections, and guide clients toward conversion. CRM & Follow-ups Maintain accurate lead records and sales activity in the CRM system. Follow up consistently with warm leads and cold prospects to maximize conversion. Client Onboarding & Handover Coordinate with the onboarding and support teams post-sale to ensure smooth client transition. Occasionally assist with high-level queries during onboarding when necessary. Reporting & Targets Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Provide weekly reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and lead progress. Qualifications: Experience: 1–3 years in B2B or SaaS sales (freshers with strong communication skills may be considered) Skills Required: Excellent communication and persuasion skills Strong understanding of SaaS product sales cycle Good email, call, and presentation etiquette Familiarity with CRMs, productivity tools (Google Workspace, Trello/ClickUp) Bonus Points: Experience selling to small or medium businesses (SMBs) Understanding of platforms like Shopify, Thinkific, Zomato/Swiggy, etc. What We Offer: Competitive base salary + attractive performance-based incentives Flexible work environment (remote/hybrid options available) Opportunity to work on multiple SaaS domains Fast-track growth in a startup culture Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Life insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Work from home Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Performance bonus Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
