Job Title: EdTech Sales Executive (Work from Home) Location: Remote Working Days: Monday – Friday Process: End-to-End Sales (Leads → Pre-Sales → Demo → Closure) About Lomos Design School Lomos Design School is a leading creative education company with 9+ years of experience. Role Overview We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our growing team. This is a work-from-home role where you will manage the entire sales process — from handling fresh leads to guiding them through pre-sales, pushing them to demo sessions, and closing enrollments. This role comes with weekly incentives and exciting contests to keep performance-driven individuals motivated and rewarded. Key Responsibilities Handle fresh inbound and outbound leads and qualify them. Conduct pre-sales conversations to understand student goals and position the right program. Book and push for demo session attendance to ensure high show-up rates. Follow up post-demo to resolve doubts, handle objections, and close enrollments. Maintain lead data in CRM and share regular updates on progress. Collaborate with the academic and operations team to ensure smooth student onboarding. Work towards weekly and monthly sales targets. Requirements Proven experience in sales, telecalling, or business development (EdTech sales experience preferred). Excellent communication and persuasion skills. Ability to work independently in a remote setup. Target-driven and self-motivated personality. Basic knowledge of CRM tools (preferred but not mandatory).
