We are expanding our client base, and therefore require a strong Business Development Associate who can manage B2B outreach, build relationships, and convert leads into long-term consulting clients.
Role Overview

As a key member of the business development team, you will focus on identifying potential clients, conducting structured outreach, generating high-quality leads, and positioning our consulting solutions to businesses across diverse industries.
A major part of the role involves performing cold calling, warm calling, and follow-up calling to both domestic and international markets. You will be reaching out to prospective clients across regions such as the UK, Ireland, Europe, the Middle East, and other international business hubs. Your goal will be to introduce our services, schedule discovery meetings, and convert global prospects into long-term consulting clients. This makes the role highly suitable for candidates experienced in international business development, cross-border sales communication, and global client outreach.
You will be responsible for promoting our core services—Digital Consultation, HRM Consultation, and Technology Consultation—by explaining the value of digital strategy development, HR and recruitment consultation, and technology advisory solutions to decision-makers, HR directors, marketing leads, and technology heads. The role includes managing the entire sales process, from lead generation and requirement understanding to proposal creation, negotiation, and deal closure.
In addition to client acquisition, you will manage a structured sales pipeline, maintain CRM records, track all communication activities, and collaborate with internal teams to build customised consulting proposals. You will be expected to consistently nurture relationships with new and existing clients, understand their evolving needs, and ensure a strong follow-up strategy.
