Our Digital Consultation services include strategic digital planning, online brand development, digital process audits, and growth advisory.
Our HRM Consultation services include recruitment support, HR strategy design, talent acquisition planning, and workforce optimisation.Our Technology Consultation includes software advisory, IT system planning, web/app consultation, and digital transformation guidance.

We are expanding our client base, and therefore require a strong Business Development Associate who can manage B2B outreach, build relationships, and convert leads into long-term consulting clients.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for promoting our core services—Digital Consultation, HRM Consultation, and Technology Consultation—by explaining the value of digital strategy development, HR and recruitment consultation, and technology advisory solutions to decision-makers, HR directors, marketing leads, and technology heads. The role includes managing the entire sales process, from lead generation and requirement understanding to proposal creation, negotiation, and deal closure.

In addition to client acquisition, you will manage a structured sales pipeline, maintain CRM records, track all communication activities, and collaborate with internal teams to build customised consulting proposals. You will be expected to consistently nurture relationships with new and existing clients, understand their evolving needs, and ensure a strong follow-up strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, generate, and qualify leads for our Digital, HRM, and Technology consulting services
  • Conduct business outreach using calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking platforms, and professional channels
  • Pitch consulting solutions to business owners, HR heads, marketing teams, and technology leaders
  • Manage the complete sales cycle including lead generation, requirement understanding, proposal creation, and deal closure
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure continuous follow-up and engagement
  • Conduct market research to identify potential sectors for business development
  • Work closely with internal teams to prepare customised consulting proposals
  • Maintain CRM data, track interactions, and prepare weekly/monthly sales reports
