Job Description

As a Sales & Marketing Associate in our education team, you will play a crucial role in promoting academic programs and partnerships through a combination of strategic marketing initiatives and on-ground sales efforts. Your responsibilities will include: - Conducting regular field visits to colleges, universities, and tuition centres to promote programs and generate leads. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with Heads of Departments (HODs), training coordinators, and institutional decision-makers. - Organizing and representing the company in education fairs, seminars, and student awareness events. - Executing on-ground and digital marketing campaigns to boost brand visibility and student engagement. - Identifying new business opportunities through campus drives, tie-ups, and local partnerships. - Achieving and exceeding monthly admission and lead generation targets. - Coordinating with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and event plans. - Maintaining an updated database of leads, contacts, and institutional partners using CRM or internal systems. - Gathering market insights, competitor data, and student feedback to refine marketing strategies. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. - Minimum of 1 year of experience in field sales, academic marketing, or business development (education sector preferred). - Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Confidence in public speaking and conducting seminars or group sessions. - Self-motivation, target-orientation, and comfort with regular travel. - Basic knowledge of digital marketing and CRM tools is a plus. - Fluency in English and local language(s).
