Job Title: BDE Elevator Sales Company: RBAS Elevator Address: Electronic City, Bangalore Job Type: On-site/Field Sales Job Summary: Drive the full sales cycle for RBAS Elevators' tailor-made, technologically advanced elevator solutions across assigned residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. This role is crucial for expanding market share by securing new business, achieving ambitious sales targets, and promoting our commitment to energy efficiency, safety, and 24/7 client support. Key Responsibilities Sales and Business Development ●     Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets for new elevator installations. ●     Strategically identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities with key stakeholders, including builders, developers, architects, and engineering consultants. ●     Conduct thorough on-site surveys and technical requirement assessments to ensure proposed solutions align perfectly with client needs and site specifications. ●     Develop and present competitive, customized technical and commercial proposals that highlight RBAS's value proposition (e.g., quick installation, long-term savings). Client Relationship Management ●     Negotiate and close sales contracts, managing the process from initial lead to final agreement. ●     Maintain a robust and accurate sales pipeline using CRM tools, providing regular forecasts and status updates to management. ●     Serve as the primary client point of contact, ensuring a seamless handover to the installation and service teams and maintaining high customer satisfaction. Technical and Market Insight ●     Effectively articulate the benefits of RBAS's cutting-edge technology (e.g., gearless motors, IoT monitoring, regenerative drive systems) to technical and non-technical audiences. ●     Stay current with Indian and international industry standards, market trends, competitor offerings, and regional construction regulations. Qualifications Experience ●     Proven track record of 2+ years in Elevator sales or technical sales, preferably within capital equipment, construction, building materials, or the elevator/escalator industry. Skills ●     Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills (both written and verbal). ●     Ability to understand and discuss basic mechanical and electrical principles related to elevator systems. ●     Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of managing a large sales territory independently. ●     Proficiency in using MS Office (e.g., Excel, Word) for pipeline management.
