Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our Cochin Head Office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic lead generation, client relationship management, and field marketing activities. This role involves extensive travel and direct interaction with educational institutions, students, and potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Client Acquisition:
  • Identify potential markets and generate qualified leads through various channels including field visits, cold calls, seminars, and events.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients for study abroad and immigration services.
  • Field Marketing:
  • Plan and execute field marketing activities such as education fairs, career guidance sessions, institutional visits, and promotional campaigns.
  • Build strong relationships with colleges, universities, coaching centers, and other potential partners.
  • Business Development Strategy:
  • Contribute to regional and local sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Engage with prospective clients to understand their goals and provide customized service offerings.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and follow-up to convert inquiries into successful registrations.
  • Reporting & Coordination:
  • Provide regular reports on field activities, lead status, and market feedback to the management.
  • Coordinate with internal teams including counseling, admissions, and marketing for smooth operations.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in business development, field sales, or marketing (preferably in the education or immigration sector).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively (up to 50% of the time).
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Proficient in MS Office tools and CRM software.
