Job Description

- Must have strong communication, convincing and negotiating skills as the job is cantered on customer service and mainly on communication - Should follow up clients on regular basis for a prospective conversion - Must take full responsibility of all visa related issues, solving the queries, concerns etc - Should be self-motivated, energetic and able to on pressure situation - Must have strong evaluating skills on client’s eligibility and explain the client on the process over phone and in person - Must be able to work in tight deadlines and on pressure situation with no compromise on customer satisfaction Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Internet reimbursement Leave encashment Paid sick time Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Fixed shift Morning shift Weekend availability Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Joining bonus Overtime pay Performance bonus Quarterly bonus Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
