Immigration Consultant

Location: Kochi / Kottayam
Experience Required: 1–3 Years
Special Requirement: Experience in GCC migration, especially Dubai, is an added advantage.

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Immigration Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience handling migration or visa cases for GCC countries, especially Dubai. You will be responsible for guiding clients, sharing accurate information, and supporting them through the application process.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle client enquiries related to migration and visa procedures
• Provide accurate information on GCC (especially Dubai) migration requirements
• Maintain client records and follow up through calls, WhatsApp, and email
• Assist candidates with documentation and application steps
• Update clients on progress and next steps
• Work closely with the team to meet daily and monthly goals
• Maintain professionalism and ensure good customer experience
• Participate in training sessions and team meetings when required

Required Skills

• Experience in GCC migration/visa processing (Dubai preferred)
• Good communication skills in English and Malayalam
• Ability to explain processes clearly
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills
• Basic computer knowledge (Email, WhatsApp Business, CRM)
• Positive attitude with willingness to learn

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
• Graduation preferred
• Knowledge of migration basics for GCC countries
