Immigration Consultant

Divine Visas is seeking a knowledgeable and client-focused Immigration Consultant to provide end-to-end immigration and visa advisory services. The role involves assessing client eligibility, preparing and submitting immigration applications, and ensuring compliance with international immigration laws and procedures. The consultant will act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through complex immigration processes with accuracy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess client profiles to determine eligibility for immigration, work permits, study visas, PR, and tourist visas.
• Provide accurate advice on immigration laws, policies, and procedures for various countries.
• Prepare, review, and submit visa and immigration applications along with supporting documentation.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration rules, policy changes, and government regulations.
• Liaise with embassies, consulates, immigration authorities, and other relevant institutions.
• Conduct client consultations in person, over the phone, or online.
• Ensure all applications meet legal and procedural requirements to minimize refusals.
• Maintain confidential client records and case files in compliance with company policies.
• Follow up on application status and provide regular updates to clients.
• Support business development through client referrals and positive service delivery.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Law, International Relations, or Business preferred).
• Proven experience as an Immigration Consultant or Visa Counselor.
• Strong understanding of global immigration programs and visa processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and strong documentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office and case management systems.
• Ethical, professional, and client-oriented approach.

Preferred Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in immigration consultancy or visa services.
• Experience handling study, work, PR, and tourist visas for multiple countries.

Pay: ₹14,608.43 - ₹43,087.52 per month
