Business Development Executive (BDE)

Role Purpose: Will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through proactive outreach and building strong relationships with potential clients. The ideal candidate will be a persuasive communicator with a track record of success in cold calling and lead generation. Key Accountabilities • Cold Calling: Initiate outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our products/services, identify needs, and generate interest. Technical Knowledge, Skills & Experience Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. MBA preferred. 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or investor relations sector, with at least 2 yearsin a leadership role. Proven track record ofsuccessin leadership roles, with a demonstrated ability to drive results and inspire teams. Deep understanding of investment products, financial markets, and client needs.
