Job Description - Recruitment Intern Location: Remote Duration: 3 months (extendable based on performance) About the Role Fastline Recruitment Services is managing large-scale hiring projects in the BFSI sector and other IT/Non-IT roles across India. We are seeking motivated interns to support our recruitment operations through candidate screening, first-level calls, and database management. This internship provides hands-on exposure to high-volume recruitment processes and is a valuable stepping stone for those aspiring to build a career in Human Resources. Key Responsibilities • Source and screen candidates from job portals like Apna Jobs and other social media platforms • Conduct first-level calls to assess candidate fitment (communication, location, willingness, education). • Maintain and update candidate information in trackers and databases. • Coordinate with recruiters for interview scheduling and follow-ups. • Prepare and share daily line-up reports with the Delivery Lead. Candidate Requirements • Graduate or currently pursuing graduation (any stream; preference for HR specialisation). • Strong communication skills in English and Hindi or English and any South language (Malayalam/Tamil/Telugu/Kannada) are an added advantage. • Ability to make high-volume calls on a daily basis. • Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets. • Motivation to learn and develop a career in Human Resources and Recruitment.
