Job Description: We are looking for a Business Development Executive with 1 to 3 years of proven experience in industrial product sales , preferably in hardware or fasteners . The candidate must be able to identify potential customers, generate leads, and convert them into long-term clients. Familiarity with the Tamil Nadu market and Hindi language skills will be an added advantage. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities in industrial and hardware sectors Meet sales targets and build strong customer relationships Conduct market research and competitor analysis Visit client locations, demonstrate product benefits, and close deals Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions Provide pre and post-sales support to clients Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and timely delivery Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and updates to management Required Skills & Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in fastener / industrial / hardware sales (Mandatory) Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Strong network in construction, manufacturing, or industrial sectors Good knowledge of local industrial markets Ability to speak Hindi is a plus Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive Willing to travel locally as per business requirements Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field Note: Freshers are not eligible for this role Immediate joiners preferred Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Language: Hindi (Required) Work Location: In person
