Job Summary Asons Enterprise is seeking a motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Executive to manage and expand our sales operations in Chennai. The candidate will be responsible for building relationships with dealers, hardware stores, and industrial clients while promoting our premium fastener range. Key Responsibilities Visit and onboard new clients such as hardware stores, construction contractors, and dealers. Maintain strong relationships with existing distributors. Promote and sell a wide range of fasteners (screws, bolts, anchors, etc.). Achieve monthly sales targets and submit daily sales reports. Monitor market trends and competitor activity. Ensure timely follow-up on leads and coordinate with internal teams for order fulfillment. Requirements 1–3 years of field sales experience, preferably in fasteners, hardware , or industrial products (must be experienced in B2B sales). Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Self-motivated and target-driven. Ability to communicate in Hindi is an added advantage. Basic knowledge of Excel, WhatsApp, and reporting formats. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Yearly bonus Experience: Sales: 2 years (required) Work Location: In person
