Job Responsibilities: Identify and approach potential clients in industrial, construction, and infrastructure sectors. Promote and sell a wide range of fasteners and related industrial products. Generate new leads through field visits, cold calls, and professional networking. Understand customer requirements and recommend customized product solutions. Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed monthly sales targets. Prepare regular sales reports and update management on market trends and competitor activities.
