Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our Pune team. The role involves connecting with potential clients, communicating the agency’s offerings, generating and qualifying leads, and supporting business growth initiatives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided databases
  • Clearly communicate the agency’s services and offerings
  • Generate and qualify leads for the sales and strategy team
  • Maintain call logs, follow-ups, and client information in the CRM system
  • Handle inbound queries and route them to the appropriate teams
  • Maintain a professional and courteous tone in all client interactions
  • Conduct data mining from multiple sources (LinkedIn, industry databases, business directories, etc.) to build targeted lead lists
  • Plan and execute email campaigns using automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar)
  • Monitor email marketing performance and optimize campaigns for higher open rates, CTRs, and conversions


Desired Skills & Experience

  • Prior experience in B2B lead generation and business development
  • Knowledge of CRM platforms (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience with email automation and drip campaigns
  • Strong research and data mining capabilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently with attention to detail and targets


Work Details

Work Location: Pune (Work from Office)

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Monday to Friday

Compensation: As per industry standards
