Job Summary: We are seeking a Business Development Executive – 3D Metal Printing to lead Qalam3D’s sales and marketing initiatives. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth in industries such as healthcare, aerospace, defence, automotive, energy and industrial sectors. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in business development, a strong understanding of 3D printing technologies, and the ability to translate customer needs into innovative manufacturing solutions. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Rewari / Gurgaon, Haryana , offering the opportunity to be part of a dynamic startup shaping the future of advanced manufacturing. The role requires a blend of technical sales, market strategy, and client relationship management to drive revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across healthcare, aerospace, defence, automotive, energy, and manufacturing industries. Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships. Conduct market research to analyze trends and emerging opportunities in 3D printing. Develop and implement sales strategies and marketing campaigns to promote Qalam3D’s services. Driving revenue growth by promoting Qalam3D’s metal additive manufacturing services. Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations tailored to client needs. Generate and qualify leads through networking, events, industry exhibitions, and digital marketing. Negotiate contracts and manage the end-to-end sales cycle. Collaborate with the technical team to translate customer requirements into solutions. Maintain and update customer data using CRM tools to track progress and opportunities. Build long-term client relationships, ensuring repeat business and customer satisfaction. Represent Qalam3D at conferences, trade fairs, and industry forums to build brand presence. Work with the marketing team to create case studies, brochures, and digital content showcasing Qalam3D’s capabilities. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred). Proven experience of minimum 1 year in business development, technical sales, or marketing (manufacturing/engineering background preferred). Strong understanding of 3D printing technologies, particularly metal AM, and its industrial applications. Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and revenue growth. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build strong B2B relationships and manage key accounts. Experience in digital marketing, lead generation, and brand building is an advantage. Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and online sales tools. Strong problem-solving mindset and adaptability in a startup environment. Ability to conduct market research and identify high-value opportunities.
