Job Description

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in business development, marketing, or healthcare industry outreach.
Prior experience in hospital/healthcare marketing preferred.
Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Working knowledge of digital marketing and content creation.
Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement marketing campaigns as per the department's strategic goals.
Collaborate with consultants to support OPD growth through targeted initiatives.
Prepare and deliver impactful presentations to internal teams and external partners.
Draft and edit marketing content, including brochures, press releases, and digital copy.
Manage social media presence and coordinate digital marketing activities.
Participate in planning and execution of hospital-led outreach programs, events, and camps.
Maintain and update reports, marketing databases, and performance metrics.
Build and maintain positive relationships with patients, partners, and referral networks.
Apply marketing analytics to track campaign performance and suggest improvements.
