Designation – Business Development Executive (Full Time)

Location – Pimpri Colony, Pimpri-Chinchwad, Pune, Maharashtra.

About the Job Role:

Role Description

- Becoming familiar with the company's products and services. 

- Attracting new clients through direct contact and collaboration with the marketing department.  

- Cold calling and counselling for career counselling.  

- Seminar and conducting exams in our associated schools for data activities. 

- Researching to find and connect with prospective clients. 

- Maintaining relationships with existing clients.  

- Identifying new business opportunities.  

- Developing and implementing new sales strategies to grow the business. 

- Maintaining and updating sales and business development reports. 

- Helping the marketing department with promotional projects. 

- Negotiating with clients to secure deals at attractive prices. 

- Reviewing clients feedback and making necessary changes. 


Qualifications:

 ∙ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).  

 ∙ Proven track record of success in business development, or marketing, preferably in the education sector. 

 ∙ Strong understanding of the JEE, NEET, and MHT-CET exam preparation market. 

 ∙ Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 

 ∙ Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders. 

 ∙ Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 

 ∙ Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently. 

 ∙ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
