4K Sports Infra is a leading turnkey sports infrastructure company specializing in the design, supply, and installation of world-class indoor and outdoor sports facilities. Our portfolio includes Box Cricket, Football, Badminton (Indoor & Outdoor), Pickleball, Volleyball, Squash, Golf, Basketball, and more.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive with experience in handling both inbound and outbound sales to manage client interactions, generate business, and ensure smooth sales conversion. The role involves working with leads received through marketing channels and also actively reaching out to new prospects in the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities:Inbound Sales:

  • Handle and convert incoming inquiries via phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and website leads.
  • Qualify prospects by understanding their requirements, project type, budget, and location.
  • Explain product offerings, share brochures, pricing, and coordinate with the technical team for site-specific recommendations.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups and drive conversions to closure.

Outbound Sales:

  • Identify and reach out to potential clients (schools, colleges, residential projects, builders, sports clubs, academies, etc.) through cold calls, field visits, and referrals.
  • Conduct physical meetings, site inspections, and presentations to showcase 4K’s product portfolio.
  • Generate demand and build a consistent sales pipeline through proactive outreach and networking.

Common Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and send quotations/proposals in coordination with technical and commercial teams.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms, and close deals within defined timelines.
  • Maintain and update CRM with lead status, follow-ups, and daily activity reports.
  • Coordinate with execution and project teams for smooth handover and delivery.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Represent the company in exhibitions, trade fairs, and promotional events when required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (BBA/B.Com/BE). MBA preferred.
  • 3–6 years of experience in inbound and/or outbound B2B/B2C sales. Experience in construction, real estate, interiors, or sports infra is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
  • Strong negotiation, follow-up, and customer relationship-building skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
  • Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred (for local travel).
  • High energy, self-driven, and target-oriented.
