Business Development Engineer

As a Business Development Executive at Vision Mechatronics, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of the company by sourcing potential new customers and maintaining relationships with existing ones. Your responsibilities will include: - Sourcing potential new customers and maintaining regular contact with existing customers. - Traveling to the customer's location to discuss our product range and demonstrate technical features and benefits. - Advising customers on technology upgrades and related products. - Composing tender documents and customer proposals, as well as generating purchase orders and sales receipts. - Maintaining strong customer relations and meeting sales targets. - Forecasting sales opportunities for Annual Operating Plans/Budgets and gathering market intelligence. - Working in line with the Company's compliance and business conduct guidelines. - Establishing, maintaining, and improving customer contacts, relationships, and communication. - Acquiring new customers and coordinating with the Technical Team to offer the best solutions. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Energy/Mechanical Engineering/Electronics/Electrical Engineering/MBA. - Strong knowledge of scientific and technical products, attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal skills. - Professional and friendly demeanor, strong communication skills, and basic knowledge of computer systems and Office Software. - Ability to meet sales and commission targets.
