The ideal candidate will oversee daily accounting activities, periodical reporting including key MIS, Statutory compliance in India and US, and audit coordination and completion. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily accounting operations of the US entity, including ledger management, reconciliations, and transaction reviews. Manage the finalization of monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with US GAAP. Prepare and present Monthly MIS reports to senior management with actionable insights.
