Role Overview

We’re looking for a highly driven Business Development Associate who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and is hungry to grow. You will be part of a young, energetic, and motivated team responsible for driving outreach, building relationships, and contributing to revenue growth.

This role requires relocation to Ahmedabad, so we are looking for candidates from anywhere in India who are willing to move and work from our Ahmedabad office.

Key Responsibilities

• Outreach & Lead Generation: Proactively identify, research, and engage with potential clients through cold outreach (emails, calls, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Relationship Building: Nurture leads and build long-term relationships with decision-makers across product-based and SaaS companies.
• Market Research: Conduct in-depth research on industries, companies, and personas to identify business opportunities.
• Sales Support: Assist the sales team with preparing presentations, proposals, and follow-ups with prospective clients.
• Multi-role Adaptability: Take ownership of diverse responsibilities across BD, sales support, and client engagement, as needed.
• Persistence & Drive: Maintain a consistent and goal-oriented approach with a “never give up” attitude.

Who We’re Looking For

• Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written English communication is a must.
• High Adaptability: Comfortable wearing multiple hats and handling varied tasks as per business needs.
• Start-up Mindset: Preferably from smaller companies or start-ups; driven, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
• Strong Research Abilities: Able to dig deep, uncover insights, and tailor outreach strategies effectively.
• Relocation Ready: Open to relocating to Ahmedabad
