SUMMARY
Job Title: Client Acquisition & Business Development Executive


Location:  Bangalore
Experience: 1 1.5 years
Salary Range: 40,000 60,000 per month (Performance-based incentives included)
Employment Type: Full-time Target-Based


Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Client Acquisition & Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, building long-term business relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role offers excellent growth opportunities along with attractive performance-based incentives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and approach potential clients to onboard them to the company’s services.

  • Develop and implement effective client acquisition strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

  • Understand client needs and provide suitable business solutions.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction.

  • Track sales performance, prepare reports, and present results to management.

  • Represent the company at networking events, meetings, and presentations to drive new business opportunities.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 1 1.5 years of experience in sales, client acquisition, or business development (B2B/B2C).

  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Self - motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

  • Willingness to travel within the city as required.
