Business Development Associate

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and ambitious *Business Development Associate* to join our team. This role focuses on building strong relationships with startups, investors, and corporate partners, while identifying new business opportunities and supporting portfolio growth. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in venture capital, startups, and investment strategies.

Deal & Startup Sourcing

• Identify and connect with promising startups seeking funding and strategic support.
• Assist in evaluating business models, pitch decks, and growth potential.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of investment opportunities.

Business Development & Partnerships

• Develop relationships with founders, accelerators, incubators, and industry stakeholders.
• Collaborate with portfolio companies to identify business expansion and partnership opportunities.
• Represent TNRIC Services at networking events, startup forums, and industry conferences.

Investor & Client Relations

• Support in managing relationships with investors, LPs, and corporate clients.
• Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and investment updates.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients and startups.

Market Research & Insights

• Conduct market analysis to identify trends, emerging sectors, and competitive landscapes.
• Provide research-backed insights to support investment and business development strategies.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related field. 1–4 years of experience in business development, venture capital, consulting, or financial services.

• Strong communication, networking, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to analyze business opportunities and present insights effectively.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with passion for startups and investments.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
