Job Description

Role Overview

As a Business Development Executive, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients. Your role will focus on lead generation, client engagement, and supporting the sales pipeline to create real business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

● Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls,emails, messages and follow-ups, and referrals

● Explain our services clearly and persuasively to potential clients

● Nurture leads and maintain strong client relationships

● Work closely with the sales team to convert qualified leads into business

● Keep accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in trackers/CRM

● Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation & sales contribution targets

Requirements

● 1–2 years experience in sales, lead generation, or inside sales

● Freshers (BBA or equivalent graduates) are also encouraged to applyExcellent communication in English

● Self-starter, persuasive, and target-driven

● Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced startup environment
