-Role & responsibilities Understand Patient Problems: Engage with patients to deeply understand their pain-related issues and concerns. - Answering Queries: Respond to patient inquiries promptly and accurately, providing detailed information about our services. - Advise on Services: Use structured discussions to advise patients on the most suitable services that address their specific needs. - Manage Sales Process: Handle the sales process from start to finish, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for the patient. - Collaborate with Care Managers: Work closely with the care management team to ensure patient needs are met and services are aligned. - Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets and enhance clinic revenue. - Collect and Update Patient Data: Accurately collect and update patient information in the CRM system to maintain detailed and up-to-date records. Preferred candidate profile 1 to 3 years of experience in hard core sales (Freshers with a strong aptitude for sales are encouraged to apply). - Knowledge and experience in using CRM systems. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Based in Gurgaon or Delhi. - Immediate availability to join.
