TNRIC Services Pvt Ltd is a fast-growing start-up building technology-driven platforms in the real estate and services domain, We’re on a mission to digitize and empower the backbone of Indian real estate community.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

  • Identify and close new business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Conduct outreach (calls, meetings, visits) to External teams, vendors, etc.

Startup Operations & Execution

  • Support in setting up operational workflows, internal processes, and documentation.
  • Assist in designing and improving the day-to-day functioning of various business units.
  • Take initiative in streamlining systems and solving on-ground challenges.

Cross-Team Coordination

  • Coordinate between internal teams (product, tech, marketing, field ops) and external vendors or partners.
  • Track timelines, follow-ups, and ensure seamless communication.
  • Keep minutes of key meetings and manage execution progress.

Strategic Input & Innovation

  • Bring new ideas to the table for growth, outreach, partnerships, and user engagement.
  • Provide real-time feedback from the market to improve product and operations.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, client servicing, operations, or startup roles.
  • Strong English communication skills — both spoken and written — with the ability to represent the company professionally.
  • Prior experience in sales or field execution is preferred.
  • Hands-on, adaptable, and comfortable with startup-style multi-tasking.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset — someone who is proactive, takes ownership, and can work without constant supervision.
  • Confident in coordinating with diverse teams and ensuring timely outcomes.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
