Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Associate to help scale our client base and project portfolio. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a passion for architecture and business strategy. This is a remote role offering flexibility and performance-driven incentives, ideal for both fresh graduates from top institutions and experienced professionals in the field.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients for architectural and construction projects (residential & commercial).
• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and brand visibility.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and new opportunities.
• Collaborate with design and project teams to understand service offerings and present tailored solutions to clients.
• Prepare and deliver effective proposals and presentations.
• Manage sales pipelines, negotiate contracts, and close deals efficiently.
• Maintain clear documentation of interactions, leads, and progress through CRM or similar systems.

Requirements

• Graduates from IIT/IIMs or equivalent premier business institutions are strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated interest in architecture, design, or the construction sector is a plus.

For Experienced Professionals:

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, or client engagement.
• Open to candidates without a premier institutional background if the experience is relevant.
• Proven track record in client acquisition and business strategy.

Freelance Model:

• Candidates with the right expertise and network may also be considered on a freelance/project-based engagement.

Nice to Have Skills

• Experience in the architecture, real estate, or design industry.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
• Knowledge of regional market trends and client behavior.
• Multi-lingual communication skills (especially South Indian languages).
