• Manage and optimize

  to support lead generation efforts.
• Research and identify new business opportunities in target industries.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop outreach strategies.
• Keep accurate records of all leads, demos, and communications in the CRM.
• Monitor lead generation performance and share progress reports with management.
• Contribute to shaping our

  startup’s sales process

  with new ideas and initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

• 1–3 years of experience

  in business development, lead generation, or SaaS sales.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, comfortable in client-facing roles.
• Hands-on experience with

  LinkedIn Ads

  and professional outreach.
• Comfortable with

  outbound calling and cold outreach

  .
• Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
• Startup mindset: adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
• Must have a reliable internet connection and a good home-office setup.
