This is a client-side position focused on supporting and overseeing the execution of cybersecurity initiatives through effective project coordination — without requiring technical implementation skills . The role is ideal for candidates with a strong background in project management and stakeholder engagement, who can coordinate deliverables between internal client departments and external vendors, ensuring projects are completed on time and in alignment with the client’s cybersecurity roadmap. Key Responsibilities 1. Project Execution and Oversight Coordinate cybersecurity projects led by external vendors (e.g., MFA, SSO, IAM, PAM, awareness training, compliance). Ensure projects align with the client’s cybersecurity objectives and deadlines. Monitor project progress, risks, and milestones; escalate issues when necessary. Maintain focus on delivery quality, compliance adherence, and stakeholder satisfaction. 2. Client-Vendor and Internal Stakeholder Coordination Act as the bridge between the client’s internal departments and third-party service providers. Schedule and facilitate vendor meetings (kick-off, status updates, reviews). Track vendor deliverables and performance against agreed SLAs. Coordinate feedback loops between vendors and client teams. 3. Documentation and Reporting Maintain up-to-date project documentation such as trackers, charters, status reports, and risk logs. Prepare dashboards and executive updates for client leadership. Ensure all documentation supports governance requirements (e.g., NIST CSF, ISO 27001). 4. Change Management Support Assist client teams in communicating upcoming changes (e.g., access controls, MFA rollouts). Coordinate the rollout of new processes, tools, or awareness programs across departments. Ensure impacted users are informed and supported during transitions. This position focuses heavily on Cisco security technologies —including Cisco MXDR , Cisco Email Threat Defense , Cisco Duo , Cisco SASE , Cisco ISE , and Cisco Umbrella —while ensuring compliance with security frameworks and best practices. The ideal candidate brings strong operational discipline, deep technical expertise, and a proactive mindset for preventing, detecting, and responding to threats. Key Responsibilities Network & Security Operations Administer and maintain Cisco firewalls, switches, and VPN gateways. Manage and monitor Cisco MXDR for real-time threat detection and response. Configure and maintain Cisco Email Threat Defense policies (phishing, spam, DLP). Manage Cisco Duo for MFA and identity-based access control.
