Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Business Development Associate (Marketing/Sales) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, nurturing leads, and building strong relationships that drive business growth. This role blends sales, client engagement, and marketing outreach to support BillerQ’s expansion across industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential leads, market segments, and business opportunities.
  • Reach out to prospects via calls, emails, networking, and social media.
  • Conduct product demos and presentations to showcase BillerQ’s solutions.
  • Support the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute campaigns, events, and promotions.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads, and deals in the CRM.
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market insights.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus).
  • 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or marketing (freshers with strong communication skills are welcome).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to build trust and rapport quickly.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • A basic knowledge of SaaS products, CRM tools, or subscription-based businesses is an advantage.
