Business Development Executive Intern (Field Work – Paid Internship)

We are seeking a dynamic, self-motivated, and enthusiastic Business Development Executive Intern to join our growth-driven team. This is a paid internship with a strong focus on on-ground field work, offering an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in real-world sales, client interaction, and business development.

As a Field Sales Intern, you will actively visit potential clients, conduct market research, generate leads, and build strong client relationships. You’ll also support digital and offline marketing initiatives aligned with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit businesses and potential clients to explore partnership opportunities
  • Identify and pursue new business leads through field visits and outreach
  • Conduct on-ground market research and competitor analysis
  • Generate qualified leads via both online and offline channels
  • Assist with sales pitches, meetings, and marketing material distribution
  • Maintain CRM systems and accurately update lead/client data
  • Support deal negotiations and post-meeting follow-ups
  • Participate in marketing campaigns, webinars, and promotional events
  • Contribute to social media content and offline engagement strategies

What We’re Looking For:

  • Pursuing or completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or similar fields
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confidence in face-to-face client interactions
  • Basic understanding of sales and marketing techniques
  • Familiarity with Excel, Google Sheets, Canva, or CRM tools is a plus
  • Enthusiastic, self-driven, and comfortable with travel and field visits
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, real-world business setting
