What we are looking for ?

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. As a Business Development Associate, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop sales strategies, negotiate contracts, and ensure client satisfaction.

Role & responsibilities

  • Identify and establish connections with potential clients to generate business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring continuous engagement.
  • Consistently meet quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
  • Maintain and update the prospective client database regularly.
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and aggressive follow-ups.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and maximize business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management (experience in the packaging industry, especially paper bags, is a strong advantage).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Have experience in B2B product based businesses.
  • Experienced in International market and sales.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
