Business Development Associate / Digital Marketing Sales Specialist


Key Responsibilities


  • Identify, research, and qualify potential B2B clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, events, and referrals for Webinfoys’ digital marketing services.
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand client business models, marketing gaps, and revenue goals, and match them with suitable

    SEO, SMO, GMB, website,

    and

    paid ads packages

    .
  • Pitch Webinfoys offerings (including AAEO, VDO, BLUR Score–driven SEO, and integrated digital marketing solutions) through online meetings, presentations, and proposals.
  • Collaborate with the internal SEO, performance marketing, design, and development teams to build custom proposals, strategies, and pricing.
  • Follow up consistently on leads, maintain a healthy sales pipeline, and drive deals from first contact to closure within defined sales cycles.
  • Negotiate commercials, close contracts, and coordinate a smooth handover to the operations/delivery team for onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate lead, opportunity, and client data in CRM/trackers, and share regular sales reports, forecasts, and insights with management.
  • Stay updated with digital marketing trends (SEO, PPC, social media, AI-era search/answer engines) and competitor offerings to sharpen sales positioning.


Required Skills and Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA/PGDM in Marketing is an added advantage.
  • 2 years of experience in business development, inside sales, or client acquisition, preferably in a digital marketing/IT agency or SaaS environment.
  • Strong understanding of core digital marketing concepts: SEO, Google Ads, Meta ads, social media marketing, GMB/local SEO, websites/landing pages, funnels, and basic analytics.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to explain digital marketing ROI and convert “features” into “business benefits” for clients.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with a consultative and relationship-driven selling approach.
  • Comfortable working with CRMs, spreadsheets, email automation, and online meeting tools; disciplined in documentation and follow-ups.
  • Self-motivated, target-focused, and able to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented agency environment.
