JOB DESCRIPTION Job Title: Business Development Associate (BDA) Location: Champions Academy, Branch  (Field and Office Work) Department: Sales and Business Development Reporting To:  Sales Team Leader Employment Type: Full-Time Monthly CTC: ₹15,000 + Incentives for freshers Travel Reimbursement: ₹3/km (for approved field work) About Us: Champions Academy, a unit of Champs Educare Pvt. Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and goal-oriented Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, student outreach, on-ground sales, and promoting our academic offerings to parents, students, and institutions. Key Responsibilities: 🔹 Lead Generation & Client Outreach Generate leads via cold calling (minimum 100 connected calls/day) and local outreach. Ensure a daily target of 3 qualified leads interested in Science stream programs. Connect with potential clients to explain program benefits. 🔹 Sales & Counseling Conduct product presentations and one-on-one counseling sessions. Drive student admissions through effective communication and relationship building. Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth. 🔹 On-Ground Sales & Promotions Visit schools, tuition centers, and educational hubs to promote courses. Organize and participate in seminars, workshops, and other outreach events. Engage in face-to-face client meetings for brand awareness and sales. 🔹 Collaboration & Team Coordination Work closely with marketing, academic, and counseling teams. Share regular feedback, updates, and market trends with internal stakeholders. 🔹 Performance Tracking Maintain daily and weekly reports on outreach and conversion performance. Analyze sales data to improve processes and boost conversions. 🔹 Market Research Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing. Share insights with the team to improve strategies. Work Schedule: Days: 6 days a week Timing: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM (1-hour break included) Lunch: 1:00 PM – 1:30 PM Tea: 4:00 PM – 4:15 PM Additional 15-minute break, if needed Weekly Off: One on a weekday  (Saturday and Sunday are working) Availability: Must remain reachable during office hours and responsive after-hours for urgent matters. Eligibility Criteria: Graduate (Any stream); preference for candidates with Sales/Marketing experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel locally for fieldwork. Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable to dynamic work environments. Additional Information: Probation Period: 6 months (extendable based on performance). Notice Period: 1 month post-confirmation; 3 months if resigned voluntarily. Travel Allowance: Paid at ₹3/km after submitting live location and distance proof.
