Business Development Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify potential Leads and business opportunities in the Ahmedabad region.
• Collect Contact information & leads through a mix of field visits, networking, events, local directories, referrals, and online platforms (LinkedIn, forums, business portals).
• Initiate cold calls, follow-ups, and personalized outreach to engage prospects and introduce our Cloud, Azure, AWS, and Web Security services.
• Understand client and business needs to propose tailored IT solutions that align with our service offerings.
• Schedule client meetings, virtual demos, and encourage prospective clients to visit our office for detailed discussions.
• Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations, pitch decks, and proposals.
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Maintain and update a well-organized database of leads, client interactions, and follow-ups using CRM tools or spreadsheets.
• Collaborate with the internal sales and tech teams to support proposal development, solution design, and pricing strategy.
• Represent the company in a professional and credible manner during field visits, meetings, and events.
• Track and report performance metrics, conversion rates, and market feedback to support strategic sales decisions.

Skills Required:

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong understanding of IT solutions, preferably Cloud services (AWS, Azure), and Web Security
• Self-driven, result-oriented, and capable of working independently and on the field
• Ability to present and explain technical concepts clients
• Time management and multitasking abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹250,354.84 - ₹411,002.45 per year
