Role Overview:

We are looking for a Business Development / Sales Executive to join our Gurugram team and play a critical role in expanding our market presence in Delhi NCR ( Delhi- Gurugram- Noida- Faridabad). The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, conducting on-site client meetings, product pitching, and closing deals across our software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation:
  • Identify and target potential clients through research and networking.
  • Generate quality leads via cold calls, emails, and follow-ups.
  • Develop a robust pipeline of qualified leads for client meetings.
  • Client Acquisition:
  • Set up and schedule high-value meetings with prospects for the sales and strategy teams.
  • Present tailored solutions that align with client needs and business objectives.
  • Communication and Outreach:
  • Craft effective, persuasive, and professional email communication to engage prospects.
  • Make daily calls to establish rapport and qualify leads for meetings.
  • Relationship Management:
  • Maintain and nurture relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Act as a liaison between the client and internal teams to ensure seamless communication.
  • Reporting and Analysis:
  • Track and report daily activities, including leads generated, calls made, and meetings scheduled.
  • Provide feedback to improve outreach strategies and overall performance.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in new business development and lead generation, preferably in the IT and Software Doamin.
  • Strong business acumen and exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Expertise in client relationship management and account management.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing trends, services, and techniques.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills to convert leads into clients.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
