Location: On-site, Delhi NCR (field travel within NCR)

Employment Type: Full-time

Compensation: ₹22,000 to ₹30,000 /month (fixed) + attractive performance incentives

About Waviator Solutions

Waviator Solutions builds customized ERP and loyalty platforms for manufacturers and distributors, including WhatsApp-enabled loyalty workflows, QR/scan-to-redeem, and analytics dashboards.

Role Overview

You will identify, engage, and close B2B customers (manufacturers, distributors, brands) for our software solutions—ERP modules, Loyalty Management, and WhatsApp Business API integrations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and generate leads via research, cold calling, LinkedIn, directories, and referrals
  • Meeting with Key Decision Makers of the companies.
  • Qualify prospects, understand use-cases, and map solutions (ERP/LMS/WhatsApp API)
  • Schedule and run product demos (virtual & in-person) with decision-makers
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate commercials, and close deals
  • Maintain CRM with call logs, follow-ups, meetings, and pipeline stages
  • Coordinate with pre-sales/tech for PoCs, onboarding, and smooth handover
  • Achieve monthly targets for demos, proposals, and revenue

Ideal Candidate

  • 1–3 years of B2B sales experience (SaaS/IT/ERP/CRM preferred)
  • Comfortable with outbound calling and field meetings across NCR
  • Strong communication in English & Hindi; persuasive and consultative selling style
  • Working knowledge of WhatsApp Business API / CRM / ERP is a plus
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and organized; basic MS Office/Google Workspace skills

KPIs

  • Daily outbound calls & qualified meetings set
  • Weekly demos conducted and proposals sent
  • Pipeline value & win rate; monthly revenue closed
