We are looking for a result-driven Business Development & Sales professional with a solid background in B2B corporate gifting sales to join our India sales team. The role involves identifying and onboarding new corporate clients, managing client relationships, and working closely with internal teams to ensure delivery excellence. Location: Gurgaon| Noida| Mumbai |Chennai| Pune |Bangalore| Hyderabad Key Responsibilities: Source and acquire new corporate clients through networks, online portals, exhibitions, and social media platforms. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in HR, Admin, Procurement, and Marketing departments. Prepare and deliver customized sales proposals and presentations to clients. Coordinate with internal teams (design, sourcing, operations) to ensure seamless order execution. Monitor market trends and competitor activities; recommend new products and strategies. Achieve set sales targets consistently. Candidate Requirements: 3 to 7 years of experience in B2B sales within corporate gifting or related industries. Established network within corporates, event agencies, HR, and procurement professionals. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficiency with LinkedIn, CRM systems, and lead generation tools. Fluency in English; knowledge of local languages will be an advantage. Comfortable with local travel for client meetings.
