Coordinate with internal teams (design, sourcing, operations) to ensure seamless order execution. Monitor market trends and competitor activities; recommend new products and strategies. Achieve set sales targets consistently. Candidate Requirements: 3 to 7 years of experience in B2B sales within corporate gifting or related industries. Established network within corporates, event agencies, HR, and procurement professionals. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Key Responsibilities: -Understand creative briefs and conceptualize visuals based on brand tone and objectives. -Conceptualize and develop visual ideas for advertising campaigns, social media, websites, branding, product packaging, and promotional materials. -Collaborate closely with copywriters, designers, and marketing teams to develop cohesive campaigns. -Produce quick and high-quality mockups, storyboards, and final artwork. -Ensure visual consistency across all projects and platforms. -Stay updated with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies. -Handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. -Maintain brand guidelines while also pushing creative boundaries.
