Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team.The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads, buildingrelationships with clients, and selling our RFID solutions to various industries such as logistics,supply chain, healthcare, Mines, and Weigh Bridge Automation.

The Location of the Job will be Odisha

Roles & Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new sales opportunitiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with clientsConduct product demonstrations and presentationsNegotiate and close sales dealsMeet and exceed sales targetsStay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activityCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project implementation

Requirements

Desired Candidate Profile:

Bachelor's degree in Technology/Business, Mines and automationAt least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the technology industryExcellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsProven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targetsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasksExperience with CRM software.Knowledge of industry-specific challenges and trendsExisting network of contacts in the target industriesExperience with sales analytics and performance metrics
